ETEA MDCAT 2026 will be conducted by the Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency on behalf of KMU under the PMDC National MDCAT framework — 200 MCQs, 210 minutes, −1 negative marking, conducted across 11 KPK districts.

KPK candidates take MDCAT through ETEA, the same body that runs ECAT and other provincial tests. ETEA follows the PMDC National MDCAT syllabus but enforces stricter centre security — biometric verification at every centre since 2022 (ETEA notification 2022).

Eligibility & Aggregate
