Privacy Policy

Premeth is one guy, not a corporation. Here's what the site knows about you and what you can do about it — in normal words.

Bare minimum

Your email, your exam results, basic visit data. That's it.

Never sold

Your data isn't for sale. To anyone. Ever.

Your call

Block cookies, turn off personalised ads, sign out anytime.

Delete anytime

One email and your account data is gone. No hoops.

01

Who I am

Premeth is built and run by one person — me. No company, no team. It's a free MDCAT and entry-test prep site, mostly for students in Pakistan. This page explains what data the site touches and what you can do about it.

If anything here bothers you, email me at legendarydodobread@gmail.com or just don't use the site.

02

What I collect

As little as possible. Concretely:

  • Stuff you give me. Sign in (e.g. with Google) and I get your email and basic profile. Take mock tests while signed in and I save your results so you can track progress. Report a question or email me, and I keep what you sent.
  • Stuff collected automatically. Like every website: IP address, browser, device, which pages you visit and when. I use it to see what's popular, keep the site fast, and catch abuse.
  • Cookies & local storage. They keep you signed in, remember your theme, and — where ads run — help serve them. More in Cookies and Ads.

I never see your card details, and I don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.

03

How I use it

  • Run the site and its features.
  • Save your account, theme, and exam progress.
  • Figure out what to improve (aggregate analytics only — I'm not tracking you personally).
  • Keep the site secure and block abuse.
  • Show ads that keep Premeth free.
  • Whatever the law makes me do.
04

Cookies

Small files stored on your device. Here they do four jobs:

  • Essential — sign-in and security.
  • Preferences — remembering things like dark mode.
  • Analytics — how the site is used, in aggregate.
  • Advertising — set by ad partners (see below).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some things (like staying signed in) may break if you do.

05

Ads

Ads (via Google AdSense) are what keep Premeth free. The honest version of how they work:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show you ads based on your previous visits to this site and other sites.
  • You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings and opt out of other vendors' ad cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
  • How Google uses data from sites like this one: Google's Privacy & Terms.
06

Services I build on

I don't run my own servers. These handle data under their own privacy terms:

Cloudflare

Hosting, delivery, security, analytics.

Supabase

Sign-in and your saved exam results.

Google

Sign-in and ads (AdSense).

07

Your data, your call

I keep your account and exam data while your account exists. Aggregate stats (page counts, not people) stick around longer. You can:

  • Ask me to show, fix, or delete your account data — just email.
  • Turn off personalised ads (links in Ads).
  • Block cookies in your browser.
  • Sign out whenever.

One more thing: Premeth is for entry-test students, generally 16+. I don't knowingly collect data from kids under 13 — if that's somehow happened, tell me and I'll delete it.

08

If this changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top. Big changes get called out properly, not buried.
