MBBS Admission Predictor 2026
Enter your aggregate to see which Pakistani medical colleges you have a real shot at. Each college is sorted into Safe, Borderline or Unlikely bands — measured against that college's own most recent published closing merit, with the year, two-year trend and source shown for every figure.
Last updated July 2026. Merit figures from official UHS/KMU/SZABMU/Sindh/BUMHS selection lists. Punjab public colleges use the verified 2025-26 final list; other provinces show the best-available 2024-cycle figure (labelled approximate).

How the Predictor Works
We compare your aggregate against the most recently published open-merit closing merit for every Pakistani MBBS-eligible college on Premeth (PMDC, UHS, KMU, SZABMU, Sindh-MDCAT and BUMHS data). The bands are deliberately conservative because cutoffs swing year-on-year with seat counts and MDCAT difficulty:
- Safe: your aggregate ≥ closing merit + 2%
- Borderline: within ±2% of closing merit
- Unlikely: 2–5% below closing merit
Each band verdict is derived directly from the closing-merit figure shown on the card, so you can check our maths. Where a figure is a 2024-cycle approximation rather than a verified 2025 final-list number, it is labelled “approx.” — treat those bands as looser still.
What this tool does NOT do
It does not apply provincial domicile rules, gender quota, self-finance categories or NUMS-test-vs-MDCAT eligibility. AKU is excluded because it uses an internal scoring model rather than aggregate. Always cross-check the official prospectus for the colleges you shortlist — open any college page for its full multi-year merit table, or see the full MDCAT closing-merit dataset.
FAQs
Why are some colleges missing? We only show colleges with a published aggregate cutoff. AKU's internal scoring isn't comparable, so it's excluded.
Should I trust last year's closing merit? As a benchmark, yes — but expect ±2% drift each season. That's why we use bands instead of a strict cutoff, and show the two-year trend where we have verified data.
What aggregate do I need to enter? Use the aggregate that matches the test the college accepts. Enter your UHS aggregate for Punjab colleges, KMU for KPK, NUMS for AMC and CMHs, and so on. Use the matching calculator to get the right number.
