Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) conducts the Sindh MDCAT under PMDC's national framework — 200 MCQs, 210 minutes, with admission to all 8 public medical colleges in Sindh, including Dow Medical College and SMBBMC Layari.

DUHS has been the official conductor of Sindh MDCAT since 2020. The pattern follows PMDC's national framework but DUHS releases its own merit list separately for Sindh-domicile candidates.
