- Registration fee — PKR 9,000 regular / PKR 13,000 late

The Full Document Checklist
- CNIC — or NADRA B-Form/JRC if under 18. Front and back, PDF, 100–300 KB.
- Matriculation marksheet — attested by your education board.
- FSc (Part I + Part II) marksheet, attested. A-Level candidates: IBCC equivalency certificate instead.
- Domicile certificate — from your father's permanent residence district.
- Recent photograph — passport-size, white/blue background, JPG/PNG, 100–300 KB, less than 1 month old, full face, no hat or sunglasses.
Common Rejection Reasons
- Photo larger than 300 KB — rejected automatically. Compress before upload.
- Transcripts uploaded as photographs not PDFs — rejected on quality grounds.
- Mismatched name across CNIC and transcripts — even spelling differences. Fix via NADRA before registration.

Fees & Payment
- Regular: PKR 9,000 (Aug 1–Aug 25, 2026)
- Late: PKR 13,000 (Aug 26–Sep 1, 2026)
- Payment via JazzCash / Easypaisa / online bank transfer to the PMDC merchant account

Q: I am under 18 — do I really need a JRC?
Yes, mandatory for 2026 per the new biometric verification rules. Apply at any NADRA Mega Centre 14 days minimum before registration.
Q: Can I edit my application after submission?
Limited edits allowed for 48 hours. After that, only PMDC HQ in-person changes.
